ON THE AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE 3 OF THE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION OF A TECHNICAL REGULATIONS MARK

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

To amend the rules and conditions for marking the conformity with the technical regulations approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 30, 2015, No. 1184 "On Approval of the Form, Description of the Sign of Compliance with Technical Regulations, Rules and Conditions for its Application" (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016 , No. 6, Article 299), with the provision of paragraph 3 in the following wording:

«3. The conformity mark is accompanied by the identification number of the designated conformity assessment body, if such an authority was involved at the production control stage, in the format UA.TR.YYY or YYY, where:

UA - the symbol of Ukraine in Latin letters;

TR - Conditional, which means that the conformity assessment body is appointed to carry out works to assess compliance with the requirements of technical regulations;

YYY is the identification number of the designated conformity assessment body.

The identification number of the designated conformity assessment body shall be affixed by such body or on its instructions by the manufacturer or authorized representative. "
